I wonder if all those folks selling TMR noticed this in the report (heh-heh-heh!) Like taking candy from a baby when forward earnings are going up 33% from one action.

The fourth quarter share count is based on a fully diluted average outstanding share count of 73.8 million, which has since been reduced by approximately 25% by the stock buyback in January 2001.

The first quarter weighted average share count is expected to be approximately 49.8 million basic shares and 61.8 million fully diluted shares, reflecting the completion of the Shell share buyback on January 29, 2001.
