I understand that the Taliban was having trouble destroying those big statues because they didn't have enough firepower. Now that they've gotten India into the fray, can Pakistan be far behind. After all, Pakistan was trying to disabuse the Taliban. Surely they offended someone by that stance. Now, if India and Pakistan get sufficiently exercised, they can contribute just the level of firepower that the Taliban needs to blow those statues off the face of the earth, and everything else, too. So the Taliban gets what it wants--a return to the dark ages. In the new dark ages, I wonder if there will be enough fabric to fully cover the women...

Ah, the power of religion.
