Sorry, JQP. I really wasn't trying to be cute.

Enterprise value is the value of a business which is attributed to both debt and equity capital. That value, minus the debt (including preferreds) would be the value ascribed to the common equity holders.

So, what I was really asking is: What's your view of the fair value of ROYL's business minus the debt and then expressed on a per share basis, after any applicable dilution.

Guess I could have just said "target price", but I like to focus on the worth of the business, as adjusted for the capital structure to arrive at a price for the exchange traded shares.

Given the vagueries of the CA gas market (of which I consider you to be our resident expert), I viewed this value to be somewhat elusive as compared to other E&Ps. Hence my question.

Seems I got carried away?

What do ya think those common shares are worth??

My appologies for the confusion.
