Thanks for the explanation. ROYL's worth is clearly higher than the current price, but how high is subject to so many external factors that figuring a price is almost an exercise in futility:

1. They sell their NG on the California spot market. The market has seen wild swings lately, from $9 to $34 in recent months? Where will it settle? who knows!

2. Management says there is a great increase by investors in drilling wells in California, but they don't quantify how many more wells will be drilled this year than last.

3. How long will it be until the NG problem in California is resolved? My opinion is at least 2 years but others may think differently.

Because of these kinds of issues I plan to hold the stock into summer and then re-evaluate what it is worth. It is worth a lot more than $7 so am a buyer below 7. Also won't consider reducing holdings below $9

That's the most I can tell you. Hope it helps at least a little.
