CM said a while ago that they wanted to be on New York "this year", no idea here how long it takes, there could be requirements to restate the books under US GAAP........Have to agree with you about the earnings, but the dividend matters less, imho.......My buy price just dropped at least a buck from 32.....Sell still at 39 because of taxes.....

Actually, only CWB and SMS look good at this point, and CWB isn't as cheap as it was a month ago.......They reported yesterday, too, an increase of 2 cents only, but a lot of expansion costs were covered in that......this is a winner of a company, imho, I have had contact with their loan people, their managers, and their customers....they're known for fast, firm, fair dealing and on-site service in industrial financing......a great core holding, imho, and a raving buy below 15....

SMS just doesn't get any attention at all, it traded today as low as 11.15.....that's absurd, imho, it's about a P/E of 7.2 or so.....It wouldn't take many buyers hitting the ask to move this one 20%......
