Don't you think this was done to protect investors and be fair to everyone. The news was leaking out and the Wallstreet journal knew this news already and was probably leaking it out. People were selling early. Is it fairer that only a select few get to sell on the inside info or to hold the shares and let the stock fall where it will when everyone knows the news.
