Carl, re: Whoever will do the better job for me will be the one hired. Its the bottom line that counts... And I suppose there is not a subtle prejudice on your part that a male would "do a better job", and create a better "bottom line". It's sort of obvious from your previous post that you think males are less "distracted" than females. The question isn't if you make your decisions based on gender, the question is if your decisions are logical business decisions. And in a broader sense, if many coprorate decisions are gender logical. John
