Hi limtex:

The EBIDTA break even story only means that WCII can pay its bills if its skips
interest. But the interest part is not negligible. We are progressing, but not out
of the woods yet. Right now if you listen to all the blowhards featured at TSCM,
you would think that WCII, TSIX, WCG, MFNX and LVLT will all go out of business
(they seem to agree grudgingly that GX might survive).

I think opportunity may be knocking here. For the very high risk part of someone's
portfolio, I would recommend buying a basket of all the companies Cramer and
his minions spend their time bad mouthing. I think that the excess BW capacity
may vanish faster than most expect. As I have pointed out several times,
we are only one killer application away from a BW scarcity (90% of the capacity
on our Campus is consumed by Napster type of file downloads). Note also that all
fiber capacity is not usable since most of it is unlit. Fiber will get lit only as needed.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
