Pimpy,

Some thoughtful points, but:

1. The QTRN agreement doesn't keep WebMD from creating its own data products, does it?

2. When WebMD launched its suit, it knew that the QTRN merger/buy/sell/jv/whatever would come out.

3. Marty doesn't do this type of move accidentally. He's trying to tell a real buyer to make its move NOW.

4. Much as HLTH was the "buyer" of MMGR/CARI (look who's at the helm now), the next "buyer" is just the bigger company for Marty to run. The next buyer will have to pay at least 15-20 for the pleasure.

5. There are no dorm friends for Marty to sell this to. All of the dorm friends make money by buying on downswings (like this one) and riding the inevitable 50-70% short term upswing. That's the sport...

6. No Kevlar vest... You only need Kevlar if you have a heart...

Your thoughts?
