He was one of the 1st people to realize that you could indeed make money by selling stuff over the internet. Since when did Amazon make money, and when will it make money. And even using Bezo "Proforma profit" when will it happen. Do you just believe what he said that it will happen in Q4 of 2001? Could you name a few of internet companies that make money? Onsale? Egghead? How many of them as a percentage of the total number of internet companies? You seems to infer that it is OK to do business being immoral or unethical as long as as it is not illegal. he was named Time Mag Person of the Year. Looking back, bezo was named Man of the Year for being able to Fool Some of the People All the Time (and it appears that some of them are on this thread) and All the People Some of the Time, but now He got caught for not being able to Fool All the People All the Time. ______________________________________________________________________________________ Tomorrow there is an internet conference hosted by Merrill Lynch/Henry Blodget.
