As I've posted a few times, and with regard not only to Reg FD but also decimalization, some (not all) of the order handling rules, SuperMontage, etc...even the widespread availability of Level 2...one should always be careful what they wish for, because they just might get it. The so-called "level playing field" isn't nearly what it's cracked up to be. Especially when, given the purportedly "equal" tools, the American consumer culture mindset remains in the state whereby competing entities somehow owe a debt of "service" to the individual. LPS5
