I read a article recently about a broker who said that for the last few yrs his job has been to make sure clients who called him to buy xyz.com stock or ultra-hightecko stock were not getting in over their heads.

He said most of the time he was just taking orders. But that has changed of course. Very interesting perspective from the "other side."

A lot of brokers who have been in the bus at least 10 or 15 yrs knew how this would all end, and so advised their clients.
