"gals I have a problem with a cdr. I can read and write a cdrw but I recieve buffer underruns and address out of range error when I use a CDR. Any ideas?."

One, the brand of CDR does matter. Some brands just don't work well with some writers. But there's no list of what combos don't work that I know of. Sony CDRs don't work well in my writer, but Ricohs are great. ( It's a Ricoh drive, surprise, surprise )

Are you copying a data CD? If so, does it help to copy first to your harddrive and then write to CDR?

Two CDR resources that I've found useful :

cdrom-guide.com
cdrfaq.org
