One of the basic tenets of Constitutional law which you abuse almost every hour, is the concept of presumed innocence. Did you know that applies to Democrats too?

I want a nuke. The Constitution guarantees my right to have nukes, chemical weapons, machine guns, biological weapons, and anything else I think I need to defend myself.

So you don't think the President has any control over the availability of weapons? What a poor impotent little man he must be.
