JDS Uniphase (JDSU) $26.94 -1.06 : Salomon Smith Barney lowered
their FY01 estimate on JDSU to $0.66 from $0.77 and FY02 to $0.70
from $0.82. Salomon’s target price on JDSU is still $55.

Corning Inc (GLW) $30.10 -0.90 : Salomon Smith Barney lowered
their FY01 estimate on GLW to $1.33 from $1.35 and FY02 to $1.68
from $1.70. Salomon’s target price on GLW is still $55.

Looksmart Ltd (LOOK) $2.06 +0.00 : Inktomi Corp (INKT) has
planned to add Looksmart’s directory listings to their search
index through the Inktomi Index Connect service.

Siebel Systems (SEBL) $31.56 +2.56 : ING Barings downgraded their
coverage of SEBL TO "Buy" from "Strong Buy" and cut their target
price to $45.

Juniper Networks (JNPR) $60.94 -3.13 : Needham initiated coverage
of JNPR with a "Hold" rating and set a $43 target price, citing
increasing concerns about capital spending plans at large data
networking service providers.

Intuit (INTU) $46.44 +3.63 : Wit SoundView initiated coverage of
INTU with a "Buy" rating and a price target of $58. Respectively
for FY01, Wit expects revenue and EPS of $1.3 billion and $0.79.

I2 Technologies (ITWO) $24.94 +1.81 : Reuters reported that I2 is
in talks to acquire privately held Rightworks for about $250
million, citing people familiar with the situation. Internet
Capital Group holds a 54% stake in Rightworks.

PurchasePro.com (PPRO) $11.69 +1.44 : PurchasePro.com said that
they are on track to achieve the objectives stated in their
current financial guidance; sees first quarter earnings of more
than $0.09 a share; expects 2001 diluted EPS to be in excess of
$0.59.

BroadVision (BVSN) $7.09 -0.09 : BroadVision announced that the
Pitney Bowes e-commerce portal has gone live using BroadVision’s
suite of e-business software applications.

Sun Microsystems (SUNW) $22.06 -0.09 : Reuters reported that Sun
Microsystems will release their much-anticipated Ultrasparc III
server on March 21.
