Yaacov - re your list I particularly like #5 5. stocks are cheap, and the greed kicks-in. Not so much the "cheap" comment - because I still think tech stocks are somewhat overvalued - but the greed factor - pure human nature - we saw it in late 1999 - early 2000 folks were jumping in hand over fist - taking a 2nd mortgage, using credit cards etc. (irritional exuberance) IMHO this will return not to the degree we saw it but to a lesser extent. Those balances folks have in money market accounts are at 2 trillion+, as interest rates come down folks aren't going to live with money market rates.
