Yes it is a tiresome thing trying to find wisdom where there is none ,just for the record I am also not in favor of the death penalty.I think that there are more effective ways to deal with the crime issue,first and foremost we need to wipe out many laws that create degrees of crime as they are written,plain and simple you do this and are found guilty this will happen to you and money is not buying your get out of jail free card.Blacks have little chance at defending themselves as they usually have little money but those with access to cash can usually get a break,and inequality in any segment of society hurts all of us.There is no excuse for the acts being committed in our schools with firearms,trigger locks should be the order of the day,It`s harder to buy fireworks than a gun in America and it seems common sense has been thrown out the window by the parties on both sides of the issue.Life in jail turning boulders to dust is more fearsome that dying to most folks.
