Compaq was the first 1st tier PC makers to buy AMD's 486s. If my memory is right, Compaq owns 10% of NXGN which amounts to less than $100 millions of the merger price. FYI, Compaq spent more than $100 millions on AMD's 486 which cost very little for AMD to manufacture.
