It was rising primarily on the news that I was slowly dumping. I guarentee you if I had tried to accumulate more the stock would currently be trending down towards 1.

I just feel that the market is very likely to see further declines. I believe there are opportunitie ahead to purchase PROG at under $3.5 and I would do that if it makes sense at this time.

I don't expect PROG to keep the bears at bay forever.
