Regarding news that would make the stock a buy right now: I believe that FDA approval of LeukoScan is close and I would be very surprised if the stock does not respond favorably to that news.

I also believe the rumors about a buy out because I can see how what IMMU has to offer would be valuable to a company such as Mallinckrodt: CEAScan, LeukoScan, AFP scan, Lymphocide. I just hope that Dr. Goldenberg gets tired of seeing the value of his company going down the drain slowly but surely and decides to take a buy-out offer. I believe he owns over half the stock (or maybe 37% ??) so it's basically up to him to decide that he wants to either retire a very rich man or become a very rich man in charge of antibody directed imaging and therapy at MKG (who knows if this is even close to what's been offered if anything's been offered at all).

This is just my opinion and you'd be foolish to act on it without doing your own research.
