Jimbo, over-valued comparing to what? my friend it is all relative. Look at CSCO comparing today comparing to last year, then CSCO is cheap! PE is also a relative question. PE was a valid meter for stocks in 50's, 60's 70's and early 80's where you had companies that grew at the rate 5 to 10% a year. That is history! And greed, don't forget that. Greed is healthy and human, and it is one factor that has no fathom. Now that money has been made in puts, and down-stream, why not up-stream!! ggg This is how the smart
money reasons. You and I are common mortals, the smart money is different! And I like to believe that the smart money was responsible, partially, for the present bear-market! When Mr. Dell buys puts, what can you and I hope for??
