I'm just guessing that the folks at INSP are a) focused on the strategic direction of the firm and figuring out how to prop up a fading star, vs looking after an individual users' bug fix, and b) programming staff have to be operating in a pretty lean and mean fashion and I'm, just guessing that anything that constituted a priority just weeks ago has been put on the back burner.
As a side note, I always got a kick out of when you attempted to send a message and due to SI performance problems, nothing happened, meaning that you had to resend and then getting the lovely message from SI: "HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO POST THE SAME MESSAGE!!", in screaming red ink...these were in the days of SI thinking that they could do no wrong...message should have read: "LOOK, WE HAVE EXPERIENCED PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS SINCE OUR INCEPTION AND WE APOLOGIZE THAT YOU, AS THE CUSTOMER, ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS"...always amazed me how cocky these guys got with their customer base, including suspensions for silly reasons. |
