Ron Powell's deposition will be videotaped!
Here's the order:
AMENDED NOTICE OF TAKING VIDEO TAPED DEPOSITION
"TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant, MARY DAY, will take the deposition of RON POWELL, whose address is Novellus Systems, 4000 N. First St., San Jose, CA 95134, before a notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths in the State of California on April 11 and 12, 2001, at 9:30 a.m., at the offices of Plaintiff's attorneys located at 550 Hamilton Ave., Suite 201, Palo Alto, California 94301, and shall continue from day to day until completed if it is not completed on said day.
Said deposition will be video taped, and Defendant reserves her rights to use said video tape at time of trial.
