Well I liked part of it. The problem with "blame" is that it is a one way street. Do, we blame the jocks who teased him, his parents who couldn't stick together to raise him, the gun control laws. My pat answer is that we all take a look at what responsibility we have as individuals, communities, and as a society. Don't tell Solon (you know how he gets) but we do have a claim on one another toward the well being of all others. We all have to be responsive and act toward the good and against the bad. To not "rat on" someone intending harm is irresponsible as a "stakeholder." Responsiblility does not look for blame, which is back looking and useless. Responsibility does assume power and is forward looking and constructive.
