You are obviously not familiar with Manuel Asensio, aka Arsenio.
He is very tight with Shant Hovnanian, one of the sleaziest BBFW
operators, CEO of the current SPDE, formerly CVUS. In tandem,
Arsenio and Shant have orchestrated several pump and dump
spikes on CVUS and SPDE (Arsenio would put out ludicrous
favorable reports on CVUS/SPDE, the suckers would jump in, and
insiders would dump). If I recall correctly, Arsenio was short
on Winstar during the 98 debacle but may have gotten burnt badly
when Winstar rebounded strongly. My take is that he is now
trying to get even. He should be given as much respect as a sewer rat.
