Bought the ADBE I sold two weeks ago at 38.75 back at 27.60. Wow. I don't see much risk buying the best techs on sharp dips here. The Fed Cut is in 12 days. Therefore outside internet stocks (already beaten down today) I don't think bears will muster much confidence going forward. Will probably hold in around this range until we get a nice pop going into the Fed meeting on the 20th. Whatever I buy now or in next few sessions (on dips only) though I will probably sell by the 20th then hope for another sell-off and reload. In the meantime I hold a lot of VZ and believe telcos will get through the internet crash pretty much unscathed. When it's all over the VZ's and SBC's of the world will be the giants with all the lverage and power. They can buy up what they want and count on continuing growth in wireless, DSL and the everyday cash machine of all those telephones. By the way, my optimism on wireless growth is fueled by evidence I've seen lately. That is, all the teens having cell phjones these days. Not only are they all buying them but they never stop yacking. I live near a high school and that's been apparent. Think of all those cell bills Dad has to pay. The internet implosion will not affect this market.
