Do you have problems with starlings?

All I ever see anymore are ravens. I've lived in my home for 25 years and had a bird feeder outside my front window most of that time. There used to be a nice selection of song birds. Not any more. I was just talking about this with a neighbor yesterday.

First it was the starlings in flocks of maybe a thousand. Then it was the doves, followed by the pigeons. Now they are gone--replaced by ravens. I still see a few tiny birds. I'm looking at a chickadee right now. And there are still a few junkos on the ground. I miss the cardinals and the Carolina wrens and the woodpeckers and robins and cat birds and mockingbirds and jays. It's been a couple of years since I've seen them. I even miss the sparrows and the house finches. The ravens in the morning are worse than roosters. And they're at it all day. It's hard to love a raven.
