Insightful, I tried to get Mr.Morrell on the line for my questions. I was told to call Dodie at another number.. My main concern was why we settled with the short sellers. Her answer was that by settling we were able to stop them from driving the stock down further and forced the shorts to register all there shares with Bear Sterns to cover their positions. There is still a short position in the stock but not as much as befor and not by this group or its members. The dividend to the loyal shareholders is still in the works and they are awaiting the legal opinions on the accounting assesment of " One Source" the food company that they are rolling into Essential Care. Refer to (BW Health Wire ) 03-24-97. All in all she did answer my questions and they are still wanting this puppy to fly as much as we are . TIM
