Hi Dan - with regard to the 35K purchases, I ve many losses in the past 2 yrs b/c I tracked insider buying. My biggest loss is CNC. But I ve digressed. 35K is not a big deal to people like Mr Roth, who probably take home more in one yr than I can in my 10 lifetimes <g>. I am still watching insider activities, however, a better way is to net out the buy and sell in a given period of time. For example, if a CEO buys 5K but 7 of the VPs and Directors sell an average of 10K individually, it stinks to hi heaven. Obviously, one cannot say conspiracy w/o proof, but the net transactions are 65K in the red. Paranoia? Maybe. But a better gauge than just looking at the CEO 5K purchase. best, Bosco
