Can you imagine the crisis that would occur if Cheney went to a foreign country and had one of his "chest and shoulder pain attacks" or worse? He would have to have a large entourage of cardiac specialists and equipment following him around. I could only imagine what would happen if he was in Russia or Korea and needed an emergency procedure!!!! What if something happened to him. If I was a Dr. in one of those countries I wouldn't touch him. He is now a liability and cannot carry out the duties without considerable risk to us all!!!!!!! It would be impossible to check out all the anesthesia lines...oxygen lines, etc. in order to handle the emergency in a timely fashion. Hey..........the surgical setup would be a problem for a super engineer to solve.......Tom can travel with Cheney!!! LOL Pat
