just a comment on ROSS going into their Nasdaq listing mtg. tomorrow. not sure anyone else is out there so this sort of like my own diary. anyway, still accumulating for following reasons.

1. they did close HR/payroll sale on original terms which repairs the balance sheet. they have licensing opportunity with the product so still may generate some revenue.
2. their process mfg ERP solution is where i think they have value going forward and that's where they're focusing.
3. as of today, stock is price at about 40% of 1 yrs run rate even on recent reduced sales. always possible that could go lower but Webster believes biggest obstacle has been competitor's "going concern" issue and cash infusion will fix that.
4. they feel optimistic about their plan to maintain listing but i'm still willing to hold this stock as BB because the market cap is only a fraction of sales. even with reverse split, that will be true. all it will take if for economy to come back, show some more profitable Qs and the stock will go higher.
