Diego, California, was a complete success.

The ARC System utilizes several proprietary technological developments to
provide a wide range of highly economical telecommunications services to a
geographical area that will initially cover 15,000 square miles from a single
wireless source. Among the proprietary technologies incorporated in the system
is a Platforms-developed Antenna Array that enables the System to achieve signal
propagation over a wide coverage area. The same proprietary antenna system array
allows the usage of standard, off-the-shelf handsets within a coverage area of
140 miles in diameter. The ARC System delivers its telecommunications services
from a 150 foot long aerostat floating in restricted airspace at 15,000 feet,
tethered to a ground mooring station. Platforms Wireless is the sole owner of
this proprietary technology, which the Company intends to protect through US and
international patent applications.

Sophisticated system diagnostics were demonstrated that provide real-time
information on the performance of each separate component of the system
equipment, connections and signal. This allows the system's ground crew to
closely monitor and manage all performance parameters on a continuous real-time
basis.

The US demonstration was attended by more than 150 people, including Platforms
shareholders, representatives from Platform's Brazilian customer Americel,
telecommunications companies, and the press. Since the conclusion of the
demonstration, numerous articles and stories about the ARC System have already
been filed, and will soon be posted on the Company's website at www.plfm.net .

Francois Draper, Executive Vice President, COO & CTO of Platforms Wireless
International, explained the special features and benefits of the ARC System.
"This is the first commercial, airborne wireless communications System in the
world. The ARC System technology is more efficient and more cost-effective than
any other wireless communications technology available on the market today. And,
at less than half the cost and more than twice the profitability of most
terrestrial cellular systems, we believe the ARC System will revolutionize the
wireless communications industry."

"The system you see here," Mr. Draper explained, "is the same ARC System we're
shipping to Brazil for commercial installation and demonstration this Spring.
This System is ready to go into commercial service in the state of Goias, and
has been configured to service up to 125,000 subscribers. The initial service
region includes 75 cities and a total population of 800,000 people."

Platforms Wireless President Robert D. Perry, stated: "The ARC System's airborne
wireless communications capabilities are fully operational and ready for
commercial delivery. More importantly, the press, our shareholders and the
representative of Americel had a first-hand opportunity to see the ARC System
payload in actual operation, processing RF signals according to the System's
operational specifications and in accordance with industry standards. All
systems are go, we're ready for Brazil!"

William C. Martin, Chairman and CEO of Platforms Wireless International stated:
"In the past two days, we have witnessed the birth of a brand new airborne
wireless communications technology. This timely new technology is designed to
service the needs of the emerging, underserved nations of the world. This key
strategic target market is a potential $250 billion dollar a year marketplace."

"The ARC System, with its lighter-than-air Aerostructures," Mr. Martin
continued, "will play an important role in connecting the emerging, underserved
nations of the world to the technology convergence superhighway. Here, the power
of telecommunications, the Internet, and computing are quickly merging into a
single, compelling medium for global progress."

About Platforms Wireless International Corporation

Platforms Wireless International Corporation (OTC: PLFM), headquartered in Los
Angeles, California, is the developer and marketer of the revolutionary wireless
communications technology known as the Airborne Relay Communications "ARC"
System, and its family of Airborne, LTA host infrastructures, the Zer0Gravity
AeroStructures(R). Management believes these significant advances in the field
of Airborne wireless communications technology, together with continuing
technology improvements and new developments, will provide an efficient,
cost-effective, all-broadband, voice and data communications alternative for
augmenting, replacing, and supplementing terrestrial wireline and cellular
telecommunications infrastructures, as well as high and low-earth orbiting
satellites -- at a savings in both cost and deployment time, as compared to
conventional systems. Platforms has already announced its first ARC System
Conditional Contract with AMERICEL, S.A., one of the leading cellular
telecommunications service providers in Brazil. Platforms can be found on the
