don't know. i would expect it is material and they need to disclose but i'm not sure whether that would come as a result of meeting or actions taken pursuant to a nasdaq approved plan or nasdaq action.

bottom line is simple here for me. at less than 10m market cap the stock is priced as if its going out of business and i don't think that's the case at all.
