Hey Tim,

You are message #1. Under $2 sounds like a good start. However,
this presumes that the stock has taken a real tumble i.e. it is
not a pink sheet or bb stock.

How about: stocks trading at less than 20% of their 1 year
average and less than $2. Granularity kicks in about there --
relatively minor issues cause a proportionally large change in
share price.

Next item: Balance Sheet.

Net equity/share?
debt/equity?

Any suggestions?
