Hard to know whether this has to do with inefficient
brokers, or something to do with certifcates and holding
periods. Had you owned cnsi for greater than two years?
Certificates in your name or brokerage? The explanation
that I just got from my broker was more elaborate than
it should have been...and allowed for up to eight weeks
of irritation.

Bottom line for me--just stay pissed off at everybody,
only way to be sure <g>.
