That's typical, Yogi. For a while, I lived in Morris County, where my wife's family still resides. It's not unusual for them to tell us about getting a foot of snow while we might have had just a trace, or even rain, down here in Ocean. A line running roughly from PHA to NYC is often the boundary for different weather systems.

I believe that Jersey should be separated into two states, divided by the Raritan River. Maybe I'll try to get a secessionist movement rolling again <g>.
