These high tech company's management really have Integrity problems. I believe they are against law.. Check out my post between 1/1/01-1/15/01. I
reported FORCED VACATION at JDSU/ETEK, also, I reported stopping overtime at major passive fibroptic component companies. As I pointed
out at that time, unless there was a slowdown for fiberoptic component business, these companies will not do it. However, in late Jan, JDSU, NUFO,
OPLK,AVNX all reported earning. I listened the conference calls carefully, these companiess failed to disclose the slowdown, NUFO and OPLK's
managements even raised the outlook. They are really liars. OPLK's ceo even had an internal meeting discussing the slowdown in the industry before
their earning release. I just cannot believe they did not disclose it in their conference call. These managements know exactly what happened to the
fiberoptic component business and know the slow down, but they were misleading the investors. At that time(1/1/01), many ETEK/JDSU's employees
already told outsiders that no-job to do at ETEK/JDSU, how can JDSU's management not know it?. JDSU failed to disclose the slowdown. Only
AVNX indicated the lead time shortening. I am very disappointed by these managements. They can not be trusted anymore. I believe these
managements violated SEC rule and security laws.
