OK. I see what you're doing. You think what happened in 1999 and 2000 is normal. That is, you think the valuations and chart patterns in that time-frame are reasonable expectations, and you extrapolate those into the indefinite future. You think the sell-off of the Nasdaq from 5000 to today was unwarranted, and we will very quickly rebound back to the euphoria of early 2000.

There aren't many people left with your attitude. Most investors have, by now, come to the sobering conclusion that 1999-2000 in the Nasdaq was a wild party, and it's over. Ignore those years; they were the exception, the twice-a-century mania. Go back to 1998, or maybe 1995, to find the trendlines, and the valuation parameters.

I'll make a prediction: NTAP will not make new all-time highs for at least 5 years, and it may take them 10 years. And that's if they execute well. I may consider going long on NTAP when they are a single-digit stock.
