I disagree strongly. TJ and the 14 year old were pumping and dumping, plain and simple. I can forgive the 14 year old since he was young and plus just because he is so smart and understands things that 90% of the J6Ps playing this market still haven't figured out.

Now I will agree that the SEC shouldn't have gone after the most recent kid running that site. He waited until he gave sell recomendations to unload his stuff and from the news release I saw, his only downfall is he didn't wait the full 30 minutes each time before selling. Well big deal. Once he says sell, in my mind it is open season.
