I'm only 45% invested right now as of late October... I was in all cash since December, 1999..... I like buying into panic selling... I think you said it right, these markets turn just when all the bottom pickers are out of cash... the thing is to find bargains and simply hold them... if we have an annual growth rate of 2.5%, this means our cash will have 25% less buying power in ten years... so, these markets have proven to be one of the safest places for long term capital growth and to keep up with economic growth... I'll buy when others are selling out, soon enough these market will turn and I'll be holding all the cards, hopefully, well, that's the plan anyway.....<g> GZ
