A press release subsequent to the "pre14a" cancelled the meeting! See: biz.yahoo.com This press release has a one liner saying simply that the directors had cancelled the meeting to vote on the reverse split! "Separately, Camelot announces its Directors have canceled its special shareholders meeting which was scheduled for June 11, 1997. "
