Jacob, management is sending out conflicting signals. However, Maloney's statement today that they expect a seasonal second half recovery is predicated upon "assuming economic conditions don't worsen". My guess is that nobody knows. Which means that the current optimism is premature, IMO. Still bullish, but not rabidly.
