I defy you to find anything these guys were doing that these touts that parade daily on CNBS aren't doing. The difference is that the touts on tv are more trusted by j6p because they work for investment banks, trading houses, and mutual funds. As licensed securities dealers and registered stock analysts they have signed away their 1st Amendment rights to free speech as a contractual obligation to the SEC, and therefore are guilty of criminality when they tout a stock or issue an upgrade and their firm sells into the ensuing rally. TJ, on the other hand, made it clear on his website that he may already have a position and would sell when he saw fit without notice. Does that remind you a little of the official touts with their less-than-2% sell ratings? I never mention particular stocks, but many here do. Do you think they should be arrested and charged if you buy on their recommendation and they sell before you do? Or would it be better to commit you to institutional care? -vbg- Imo, anyone who buys based on a reco on a website or msg board rather than on their own DD deserves what happens to them. Really, you've posted a lot of great stuff here, but this seems less clearly thought out on your part, imo. >edit< No offense, btw :)
