Dr. Levy, siliconw, transmission: With Arsenio being a well known dirt bag on WS, is it possible that he was the main catalyst for this high volume decline in Winstar today or was this decline in the cards anyway? Seems to me that Winstar had the best Q4 results of all the clecs and most positive visibility into fy'2001.

IYO, are Winstar's prospects for funding itself in such jeopardy that it would precipitate this sort of selloff by knowledgeable investors or are the hedge fund shorts just taking advantage of an overall negative market and some persistent rumours, of their own making, about Winstar?

Dr. Levy, do you have any thoughts about what Winstar could get for IRU hub capacity sales in exchange for cash? I assume the $400 mln they got from Williams in '98 for 2% of capacity would be reduced due to the exchange being made for cash rather than long haul capacity, and cash being very dear at this juncture. Agree?
