I think CPU market inventory is not too bad - maybe 12 weeks or so.

The telecom inventory's are awfull. Folks like Xilinx, Altr are sitting on 7-8 months.

I think DRAM inventory's are not too high but suppliers have cut volumes to reduce lossess.

I think flash is gonna be a huge inventory problem. I have heard folks were planning on a 70% growth this year. And the mobile phone market projections may not even match last year. Particularly if Asia dumps.

And yes, I am talking about a Q2/Q3 bottom for the equity market which will turn up 6 months before end users.
