In the looking wayyyy ahead department. If iNEXTV is to succeed,the savings in streaming costs that ITG is said to provide will be at the heart of that success.If they DO succeed to the point of an IPO, I would think....really think..that a strong argument could be made to the IRS that ITG essentially IS iNEXTV,thus allowing a tax free spinoff to AXC shareholders. They have not been in the streaming biz for 5 years, but they HAVE been in the video compression business much longer than that.
