napster is about to learn what 95% loss of customers means when they start charging for their site. yhoo will learn, too, if they charge for what everyone expects for free... SB, Just a quick thought and something to think about. Was it not the mistake of most of the pure dot coms to offer so many services and products either for free or too cheap to make profit? If that is accurate, the problem we are seeing is due to the poor management of a variety of firms. The consumer has been trained to expect free service and merchandise below what it costs to provide it.
