KJC, I share your confusion. To review: the CEO of AZNT says that AZNT 'has been the victim of a classic "PUMP AND DUMP" scheme.' Let's break this down: pump and dump. First, who "pumped" AZNT? Well, between SI and RB there are more than 123,000 messages posted on the AZNT threads. 95% of the pumping, which consisted of message about imminent short squeezes, GRAS filings, huge sales deals, etc. was done by only three people: Pugs (aka Gary Dobry), Canadian Gamble (Mike Kuhns), and Hogger. Are these the "professional stock manipulators", "convicted felons", or "presently fugitives from justice" to whom he refers?
As for the dumping, we know from the recent SEC action that Sylver himself was selling unregistered shares. The obvious conclusion here is that he got our three on-line "friends" to shill for him-- to pump AZNT while he dumped! Bwa hahahahahaha! And to think after all this they still say they've never sold any shares and still hold out hope for the company. What chumps!
