Frank, You must be new to CAML...
This deal is just another one of the deals that DW makes with himself. AMI is an OTC "penny stock". DW already had controlling interest in AMI and in Meteor... why Camelot would issue a huge amount of new stock to give AMI controlling interest in Camelot is too convoluted for me to even speculate on. One thing is certain though, this deal did nothing to help Camelot's uneviable position as a loser. I am waiting for the release of the data for last year. Likely it will show another year of unsustainable losses and a dwindling of their cash reserves.

There was a press release awhile back saying that the new version of Digiphone (2.0) was to be demoed at a European show about 2 weeks ago. I am not sure that this happened. This product was promised in December 1996, yet is not available anywhere SIX months later...

I do not know what DW is doing with all of his trades with himself, but what ever it is...it is not helping Camelot earn any money. Nor will it keep Camelot from being de-listed. I believe that NASDAQ has notified them that they must increase the stock price to in excess of a dollar or be delisted!! If you read the pre 14a it mentions this... and goes on to say that there is no substitute for this requirement.
