Perception is reality- If you look at the SEC filings, he exercises his options and the same number of shares is disposed as a sale on the market. This looks to be a consistent pattern for some time. It gives the perception that he is dumping his position and I think he is basically shooting himself in the foot. Its perceived as arrogance by a lot of the analysts that I have been exposed to. The last thing they want to experience is to have one of their clients who have just taken a haircut on a recommended security to learn that the CEO all along has been dumping his options during the same timeframe they are accumulating a position.
